There are two kinds of user in Profscape. A commercial seat is anyone who can see the finances, whether they change the numbers or only read them, and it is priced by tier below. Owners, admins, editors and viewers are all commercial seats. Everyone else means the team members who log their time and out-of-hours from site and are never sent a commercial figure, and they are £8 a month per person on every tier. Annual billing is the headline price. All prices exclude VAT: UK customers pay 20% VAT on top at checkout, and it is shown as a separate line before you pay.

Everything in Professional, plus single sign-on, API access, concierge onboarding and the group and portfolio layer that lets an owner of several companies see them as one book. The first company comes with your seats, and each further company you link into the group view is £199 a month.
A team member logs time, overtime and site evidence from their phone and never sees a fee, a rate or a margin, because the system does not transmit those figures to that role in the first place. That is the one place in Profscape that is not a commercial seat, and it is £8 a month on annual billing, or £10 on monthly billing, whichever tier you are on.
A viewer reads dashboards and reports without the right to change anything. Because a viewer sees exactly the same finances an editor sees, a viewer is a commercial seat at the commercial seat price for your tier, and on Starter a viewer is the second commercial seat that moves you to Professional. There is no cheaper read-only place, for the plain reason that seeing the numbers is the thing you are paying for.
Some firms invoice part of their work through a second company, perhaps because a client overseas has to be billed by a local entity. A billing entity is that second invoicing company, sitting inside your one Profscape book. Your projects, your financial year and your reporting stay exactly as they are, and nothing is split in two. Each project simply shows which of your companies invoices it, and every application for payment for that work carries that company’s own legal name, registration and bank details. Profscape never raises the invoice itself. It tells your accounts team which of your companies the work belongs to, so the invoice is raised in the right place in your accounting system. Your debtors and your month-end reconciliation run for each company and then combine into one picture in your reporting currency. The first billing entity is included with your subscription, and each additional one is £199 a month. We enable additional entities for you on request, so you are never charged for one you did not ask for.

The fourteen-day trial comes with a demo book pre-loaded and asks for no card. Annual billing is the headline price and monthly billing is about 20% more. Seats are charged by the day — add one and you pay from that day; remove one and you are credited from that day. Every change is itemised on your invoice. Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added at checkout for UK customers. Your data remains yours, and you can export everything or delete everything from inside the product.
